First Home Stone oath ceremony at Ar

To bring a community of players together on a sim and strengthen their bonds, there’s nothing like festivities, ceremonies, and gatherings. This is literally a whole topic that I could expand on! These moments are necessary, not to distract players, but to strengthen their bonds and reinforce their sense of belonging to a community… Otherwise, a sim, however beautiful it may be, tends to become a kind of giant dormitory.

Yeah, organize parties, birthdays, ceremonies, processions, performance contests, games for men, women, and slaves… Don’t forget the slaves! They are as much a part of your community as everyone else. The slave character is not entitled to anything. The player behind the character is entitled to the same respect and same things as all other players!

A few days ago, the first Home Stone oath ceremony took place at the city of Imperial Ar, and it was a moment of community unity. It was a bit improvised, announced just one day before, but it played its role wonderfully and movingly.

So, as I promised the Imperial Ar player community, I am sharing some photos taken there!

PS: I am waiting for the Imperial Ar IV website and forum to be set up, and it will of course be featured prominently on Gorean Archives.

PS2: I’ve been sick since the beginning of the week, which is why there haven’t been any new articles or guides about Gor.
